We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to join our client’s established and successful Manufacturing team located near Ridgefield, NJ.
This is a vital role with our client, which requires someone with both interpersonal skills and human resources + payroll experience. This position will report directly to the CFO.
Main job functions include but are not limited to:
- Process payroll through Paychex (~200 employees)
- Processing all new hires and terminations
- Maintain files relating to Workers Comp injuries
- Filing of all employee related documents
- Processing benefits for all employees
- Working as liaison between employees and management when needed
- Post new jobs when needed and assist Managers in hiring process
Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
