Job Description

We are looking for a zealous Marketing Coordinator & Customer Service Liasion to support the Marketing department of our Richmond area client. You will be a critical member of the marketing department by coordinating multiple marketing campaigns, trade shows, online reviews, and the website. The ideal candidate will be a polished, professional employee who has 2-5 years experience in the field. 

Job Duties:

On a typical day, you will be expected to be perform several of the functions below. The job duties might be fluid and change as the business grows.

  • Handle all event-based marketing, such as trade shows or showroom events. Book the travel arrangements and coordinate needed material 
  • Coordinate social media efforts on a daily basis
  • Coordinate any orders of promotional products/team apparel 
  • Publish and format blog postings, no original content creation
  • Manage negative and positive online reviews
  • Monitor the website for requests or issues
  • Attend any after hours events that may be required 
  • Organization of the google drive and its contents to create and effective library for the office to quickly reference
  • Any other light administrative functions such as front desk backup or phone calls

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work some nights, weekends, and most holidays
  • Polished interpersonal skills (confidence, “people skills”, pleasant demeanor) used in networking and events staffing
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations and with frequently changing priorities
  • Ability to use multi-line phone system
  • Experience in marketing, social media, and content management 
  • Dream to grow within an organization
