Job Description

Air Import Operations

Pay rate: contingent upon experience

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and processing Air Import documentation and handling operations from A – Z
  • Negotiating rates, setting up bookings, quoting rates, etc.
  • Working closely with customers and associates to ensure smooth operation of transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:  

  • Knowledge of international import air operations from A – Z
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task with great time management
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
