Job Description

Customer Service / Coordinator needed!

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.

Temp-to-hire position!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Data entry
  • Dispatching technicians to job sites
  • Scheduling repairs for customers
  • Constant contact with vendors, suppliers and customers to ensure needs are met


  • Strong customer service (B2B) and problem resolution skills
  • Previous customer service, dispatching, and/or service-industry experience required.
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent phone demeanor
  • Great organizational skills and time-management skills needed
  • Proficiency with MS Office highly preferred

Pay rate: contingent upon experience
