- Responsible for providing telephone and email customer service support to all levels of the independent sales force who utilize our client’s websites, and other tools, including tablet applications and mobile phones to support their business.
- The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced customer service environment with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, logical thinking and reasoning skills is needed.
- We are looking for someone with experience in PC and mobile website support.
- The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Internet Service Providers and browser options.
- They should be at the top of their game in training website navigation over the phone.
- GREAT customer service personal skills and telephone manners are required.
