Assistant Accounting Clerk
Firm located in northeast Fresno is searching for 2 full-time and/or part-time administrative assistants with accounting experience.
We offer a friendly, business professional environment, with a Monday-Friday work week (8:00 am-5:00 pm).
- Prepare monthly invoices.
- Help with Accounts Receivable.
- Assist with drafting project proposals.
- Prepare monthly progress reports.
- Assist marketing department in preparing written reports.
- Assist with back office administrative duties as needed including handling mail, ordering supplies, data entry, filing, and answering phones.
- BS Degree in Business or Accounting preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software a plus, but not required.
- Photoshop software experience a plus, but not required.
- Must have high work ethics and experience with confidentiality.
- Quick learner and detail oriented.
- Personable and professional office etiquette.
- Sharp and motivated team player.
Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour based on experience level
