Clerical Assistant - Event Coordinator (Part Time)
Client in the Tulare is looking for someone to join their team while someone is out on leave. This can turn into a temp to hire role for the right person.
The candidate will need to be meticulous with details due to the events that they will be coordinating. Duties included but are not limited to:
- Prepping materials needed for training/events
- Billing for registrations
- Ordering catering
- Setting up and helping clean up after meetings and events
- Assisting with activities during meetings and events
- Assisting with anything else that is needed to assure meetings and events run smoothly
- Must have min of 2-3 years of recent work experience in a similar setting
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be meticulous with details
- Must be able to complete our assessments
- Must be able to complete background check AND drug screen
Duration: 1-3 months or longer depending on Client.
This is a Temporary position that can turn into Temp to Hire if position opens or leave extends then longer.
Pay: $14-$16/HR Depending on Experience
Hours: Part-Time - (4) Four days a week to start - can potentially move to full time.
