Job Description

Fresno Client in need of an office assistant to assist with data entry, mail processing, and cross checking in accordance with daily processes. 


The following is a list of major duties and responsibilities for the position along with certain
supportive duties. It is not all-inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may be added as
needed and in addition, management, as appropriate, may modify this job description.



1. Print, fold, postage and type up mail for Department
2. Check the mail logs for missing mail out dates
3. Processing rate information into our system
4. Save rate tables to our system
5. Follow up on mail returned to office for incorrect address information
6. Member termination duties at the close of the month
7. Sort incoming mail and log payments received
8. Process payments
9. Processing notifications
10. Departmental training provided

2. Providing feedback within the department
