A small, successful and growing law office in Tarzana is looking for a strong Office Manager. The attorneys specialize in estate planning and elder law and are truly passionate about their job. The ideal candidate shares this passion, takes pride in servicing families and definitely needs a sense of humor to keep things light. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Your duties and responsibilities will include a variety of tasks including: administrative, organization, marketing, client and project management, correspondence, client interface, calendar management, creating and improving office systems, updating software, office management, supervision and management of our team.
We are looking for someone who is pleasant to be around (sense of humor is a must), enjoys being busy (there is always more work to do than time permits), is able to efficiently shift gears in between tasks, is driven, honest, loyal, self-motivated, meticulously organized, detailed, has a positive attitude as well as excellent written, verbal communication and people skills. You must be able to work as part of a team or independently, take initiative, learn quickly and have the ability to manage your time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
