Commercial Investment Advisors, Inc., a boutique real estate investment brokerage firm, is looking for a Brokerage Administrator/Marketing Coordinator to provide professional support to the Dallas office.   Candidates must be extremely dependable, organized, detail oriented, flexible, creative, and able to work independently.  We have a refreshingly progressive and inclusive culture based on integrity and collaboration. We provide the tools, training and support the candidate will need to succeed and grow.  Additionally, the candidate must have exceptional follow-through, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be highly motivated, possess exceptional PC skills, as well as written/verbal communication skills.  The ability to multitask under pressure is a must.  The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. 

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Marketing Team to prepare marketing materials and Proposals

  • Assist in e-mail marketing program, creating and sending e-mail campaigns

  • Research market information

  • Ensure proper flow of information, pursuing detailed follow-through, as necessary

  • Multitask and assist in all marketing roles when needed

  • Maintain website postings and social media campaigns

  • Assist with daily miscellaneous duties such as scanning, binding, supply stocking, and maintaining office cleanliness

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following:

    • Attention to deadlines and scheduling of multiple projects

    • Experience in the real estate industry or executive support

    • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Applications

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure


    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment

    • Experience working in Real Estate preferred, but not required
