Job Description

PrideStaff is actively searching for an Operations and Contracts Administrator for a local company located in Federal Heights. Our client is seeking an administrative professional that understands the ins and outs of government billing, inspections, and contracts, and insurance communications. This is a temp to hire opportunity, depending on employee performance and business needs.

Job Duties and Requirements

  • Knowledge of federal government contracting
  • Assistance with office administrative duties
  • Ability to invoice customers
  • Knowledge of Insurance requirements
  • Assistance with developing and preparing proposals (working with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Managerial experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Completing annual (or as needed) company registrations/certifications
