PrideStaff is working with an established regional HVAC company to locate an ambitious and motivated PARTS COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, full-time position in Kirkwood, MO. BENEFITS: Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, 401k HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm JOB DESCRIPTION: - Receive inbound calls - Assist walk-in customers as they determine parts needed for HVAC installation & repairs - Research inventory system in the computer to determine availability of select parts at location or one of other locations throughout St. Louis - Conduct research on parts as needed - Assist customers with part selection and options - Provide pricing and information for designated parts - Accurately input order information in to order-entry system - Mechanically inclined - Receive goods - Sort parts JOB REQUIREMENTS - Previous HVAC or Automotive parts experience required - Must be very driven to providing excellent customer service - Ability to effectively handle inbound calls from customers - Basic computer knowledge - Desire and ability to remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product changes and new products - Strong attention to detail - Good mathematical skills - Ability to stand up to 8 hours a day - Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs - Must have consistent and reliable means of transportation - Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen - Must provide 2 work references (no personal references please)
