Our client located in Dallas is hiring for their Payroll team! The Payroll Coordinator's responsibility is to provide top notch customer service to employees and payroll vendors by balancing, reconciling and analyzing payroll.
This is a temp to hire opportunity with a growing company!
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- Create export files for HRIS System Process payroll files in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and balance payroll prior to posting
- Process ACH request from field locations
- Generate reports for disbursement to field locations
- Resolve payroll issues
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years experience processing multi-state payroll with a large organization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience using UltiPro and Kronos highly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Attention to details and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Customer service focus, leadership skills and good communication skills
