Small business seeking an organized, capable Office Assistant who can stay on top of all the issues going on in the business. Previous experience as an Office Manager would be ideal.

Must maintain and be able to communicate complexity of client requirements which includes interacting with both clients and their insurance carriers.
- Office Monitoring of all Porjects/Jobs Underway
- HR Function: Payroll, Attendance, Benefits Tracking & Status
- Support of Office operation (serve as conduit with landlord)
- Cost Mgmt and Contract Mgmt of Overhead expenses
