Job Description

Seeking a Data Entry/Admin talent to join our growing repair service dispatch support team in Florence, KY.   We are looking for a team member who exemplifies our core values, has a positive attitude and enjoys learning and working in a team environment.  The Photo Processor will  retrieve photos from vendors, analyze photos to ensure they meet our requirements and properly store them according to our customer guidelines. This employee will also oversee the photo capable vendors and program updates.


  • Receive and process inbound photos (Digital images)
  • Ensure required photos are received for repairs to ensure we meet billing deadlines
  • Contact vendors for photos within 48 hrs of the repairs
  • Communicate issues with vendors when they submit improper photos
  • Close open records once photos are processed
  • Run open repairs reports to see which are awaiting photos
  • Prepare an update report for supervisor daily
  • Maintain a spreadsheet of vendors, credits and DNB


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in data entry and computer proficiency
  • Organization skills and close attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Esp VLookup & Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to effectively resolve disputes with vendors and clients 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work directly with our customers and team members
  • Transportation Industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be dependable and able to work the required shift (Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm) 
  • Thoroughness and accuracy is essential
  • The work environment involves sitting at a work station carrying out a variety of both manual and computerized data entry and processing tasks
