Risk Management
Since 1991, Nathan has developed and managed practical risk
management programs in the employment services industry.
He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
for PrideStaff in Fresno, CA.
In the CRO role at PrideStaff Nathan provides risk, insurance,
safety, legal, human resources, liability and claims management
expertise, with an emphasis on developing the footprint of PrideStaff
in North America.
Nathan’s primary focus centers on creating solutions for managing
business risks and strategic application of prevention and mitigation
programs, as well as ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
He is actively developing a team of Risk professionals at PrideStaff Home
Office to support our growth and mission.
