Experience: I have been blessed to have worked in Finance and Operations with two leading global companies (Fidelity Investments and Procter & Gamble), plus gained the experience of a small five person start-up company. These experiences provided me with a deep appreciation for the many challenges companies have in delighting their customers through excited and engaged employees. One of the key objectives for the next phase of my career is to provide a service that would allow me to work in the local community to strengthen my professional ties to the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati businesses.
Most recently I lead a 770 person print mail operation, which operated 24 hours, 7 days a week across two sites in the US. In this business we leaned heavily on temporary and temp-to-hire staffing solutions to meet the peaks of our cyclical business and provide a way to gain the right experienced talent necessary for our success.
