Christine: Before joining PrideStaff, I worked for a large managed healthcare organization, holding several roles of increasing responsibility. During my tenure, I was responsible for: recruiting, hiring, firing, managing and coaching a staff of nearly 1,000 employees; developing client relationships; bringing on new business; and scaling operations in new markets.
Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping others become more successful professionally and personally. As a Strategic-Partner, I have the privilege of pursuing this passion with clients, candidates and our internal team.
Chris: I spent the bulk of my professional career working in inventory control management for Pepsi. During this time, I gained invaluable experience in areas like managing productivity and safety training in a warehouse environment. Now, I apply this first-hand experience to help our clients meet their workforce challenges.

Secrets to Success:
Christine: I believe in working hard, being real and living by the Golden Rule. No matter what I’m doing, I always put my best foot forward and remain dedicated to accomplishing goals.
I’ve always been a numbers gal. If there’s a tangible number attached to a goal, I proactively redirect and realign to stay on track and achieve what I set out to do.
Chris: I love Woody Allen’s saying, “Ninety percent of success is just showing up.” Opportunities for success are literally everywhere, but you can’t be successful unless you show up for them.
Christine: I enjoy live music, dancing and Broadway musicals, as well traveling and enjoying sports with my family. We also have a ton of fun with our dog, Duke, teaching him new tricks, going for walks, visiting the local dog park and playing frisbee or catch.
Chris: I love to golf, garden (I tend a garden of unique plumeria trees), coach and spend time with my wife and kids attending sporting events, listening to music and traveling.
