Throughout the course of my career, I've developed expertise in team and leadership development, customer relations, sales and marketing management, and project management.
Before joining the PrideStaff team, I worked in sales management for Montblanc North America LLC, managing $10MM in sales revenue in a very competitive environment. During my tenure, I built and maintained productive business relationships, while honing my skills in hiring and training top performers.
Now, I apply my success in sales management and relationship building to help others overcome their business challenges.
The Big Picture:
I spent a year working as a business development specialist in a staffing firm about 14 years ago. It was my first direct experience with the industry, and I loved it because it was so relationship-driven.
I traveled extensively in my subsequent position, developing a deep appreciation for the people and businesses in the place I call home. Now that I own and operate a San Antonio business, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to give back to my local community.
I am excited to highlight our HUB (Highly Under Utilized Business) and NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Develop Council) certifications.

Creating those relationships requires me to be very nimble and prepared. I must identify what each individual or business needs, understand their challenges and build a connection to determine where our company can truly add value.

A former colleague introduced me to the saying, "Attitude determines your altitude." I have always found that a positive attitude will take you very, very far, and I work to be kind and respectful to everyone I deal with.
