Experience: I have 3 years of experience in the staffing industry as a PrideStaff Owner recruiting/placing high-caliber talent for temp, temp-to-hire and direct hire opportunities that have consistently exceeded the expectations of our clients. Prior to PrideStaff, I was a global R&D Manager at Procter & Gamble for 20 years where I delivered breakthrough consumer products by successfully selling my visions/ideas/technologies along with creatively managing and developing people/teams/initiatives.

As a staffing company user at Procter & Gamble and as a provider of staffing professionals today, I’m uniquely positioned to be able to understand the types of things our clients may be looking for in their associates which enables me to find the BEST FIT for any working environment.

The scoop on staffing: The staffing industry has tended to be a “carousel” where clients place a job order, staffing companies fill an order and when someone isn’t working out, a client calls for replacement(s) and staffing companies fulfill those follow-up requests. PrideStaff is different because we have 30+ years experience focused on continual improvement in our hiring processes/support systems and that commitment enables us to “consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most” which significantly reduces “carousel” frequency.

Stress relief: Hanging out with family/friends, exercise, music/concerts and travel to destinations around the world where I’m either lying on a warm sunny beach or skiing after a 1-2 foot snowfall.
