The Big Picture:
Meeting face to face with each Candidate and Client ensures that we capture information that will provide a successful placement. This information includes accurate job descriptions and performance expectations. We follow up with specific requirements that make sure our clients and candidates are a match, including: Testing (specific skills to be assessed), background checks, drug tests, education, compensation guidelines, expectations for raises and promotion potential and requirements to achieve those goals.
We value both hard and soft skill sets to make sure candidates can fulfill the job but also fit into the culture of the company, hard skills include specific skills needed to ensure top job performance; recent and relevant work experience; and assessments to confirm skill level/proficiency. Soft skills focus on environmental/cultural fit; management style; and volume/pace.
Our onboarding process focuses on making sure both Clients and Candidates are on the same page and prepared!
The Scoop on Staffing:
PrideStaff San Antonio offers a unique hiring process which focuses on three steps for both Client and Candidate:
Each one of these important steps is to provide full accountability and the transparency between PrideStaff, the Candidate and Client. Only through gathering details and exploring the potential failure modes, will we ensure success and meet the needs of both our Clients and Candidates.
The Discovery process is designed to align the right opportunity with the right candidate. We gather clear expectations from both the Candidate and Client, not limited to the following: the appropriate pay, making sure culture and work hours are a proper fit. Clearly setting attendance and dress code expectations with the client, and the proper skills needed as well as the best onboarding process based on personal references.
By sharing all aspects of the job, environment, and culture we successfully exceed our Clients and Candidate’s expectations and deliver what they value the most.
The Investigation step in the process includes the intimate details needed from the Candidate to be successful and also the parameters that the Client needs to assure the Candidate can be successful on day one.
The Challenge phase is designed to be a clear commitment from Candidate and PrideStaff to make a successful placement. PrideStaff defines a successful placement as creating a partnership that leads to a positive result for all three parties.
Expectations for Candidates include a high level of accountability. The Client is expected to provide appropriate supervision, commitment to a safe and healthy work environment, as well as a commitment to support Candidate success.
Secrets to Success:
Using the common tools associated with the most respected quality systems, PrideStaff is focused on utilizing feedback to improve the overall experience. They do this through:
Value stream mapping

NPS (Net Promoter Scores) for both Candidates and Clients
