Experience: I have spent over 20 years in Human Resources Management in the Greater Phoenix area focusing on the full employee life cycle and supporting my business partners with human resources services. During my career I have worked for employers with 38,000 employees down to as few as 65 employees. I have supported various fields of service from financial to IT…custodial to medical….retail to warehouse…..always with a focus of helping people “be the best they can be”. As an HR Professional I always strived to add value to those I supported and make a positive impact on the bottom line through my decisions and actions. Over the years I have utilized temporary staffing effectively as a client to support the business and manage the inevitable “ups and downs” business can face.
