Erica Orrison, Owner/Strategic-Partner

Experience: As the proud owner and Strategic-Partner of the PrideStaff St. Louis Mid County office, my number one focus is to connect St. Louis businesses with talented job seekers.  Before joining the staffing industry, I enjoyed a 15 year career in the healthcare industry. Now I have expert knowledge in start-up business/product launch, training and coaching, as well as manufacturing and distribution of medical devices and products. From nuts to bolts, I understand how important every step of the business process is. 

I have been recognized over 20 times in my career for exceeding expectations and achieving goals. I continue to enjoy transferring that drive and enthusiasm to the staffing world, bringing great focus to the importance of building a lasting network of clients and candidates.  

I currently volunteer as the Business Development Chairperson for the Project Inc. Board of Directors. Project Inc. is a non-profit workshop dedicated to helping special needs adults have fulfilling work opportunities. I am also a member of the Creve Coeur Chamber of Commerce where I help to support local business. 

As a native to St. Louis, I am happy to share where I went to high school, Hazelwood East, equally happy to share with you my love for my Almamatur, Missouri Tigers as well as my St. Louis Cardinals.

Stress relief: Laugh as often as possible. Life is pretty funny if you stop to think about it. Volunteer your time to helping someone in need. It’s amazing how easy it is to forget about your problems when you focus your efforts on a charitable cause.
