Experience: I have been part of the PrideStaff family since 1998 and began my role as Strategic-Partner of the Modesto Office in 1999. I am a Certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association and have earned the prestigious PrideStaff President’s Circle award seven times. Prior to joining PrideStaff, I held roles in retail management for a well-respected national retailer, as well as a Sales Executive in the travel industry.

The Big Picture: Over the years I have learned that the “team” is critical to an office’s success and have developed an amazing team of dedicated staffing professionals.  My team is engaged in fulfilling PrideStaff’s Mission: “Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.” One of the key differentiators for PrideStaff is that we have the resources and expertise of a national staffing firm and the level of service you would expect from a local team.

The Scoop on Staffing: I love staffing and the reason I have been in the business for so long, staying refreshed and energetic each day, is because of the excitement of the constant change and my love of meeting new people! Most of all I enjoy helping both clients and candidates achieve their goals. Client relationships are the key to successful partnerships in staffing, which the Modesto team takes very seriously. We consistently review our quality surveys from both clients and candidates. This follow-up is critical in consistently learning what needs to be improved and prevents us from becoming complacent.

Secrets to Success: Develop a great team and be sure to keep them engaged. Always listen to what our clients need and value most. Always be available, follow-up when you are supposed to and never take a client for granted! Never settle for less, and don’t cut any corners.
