Ten years experience in insurance, consulting with clients, both internal and external, to minimize the overall cost of claims and increase profitability. Developed and implemented processes for best practices that provided established standard procedures for the entire franchise and company-owned operations.

Experience as a California workers’ compensation claims examiner. Interacted with all parties involved within the claims process: attorneys, physicians, brokers and insureds. Majority of experience focused on investigation, litigation, negotiation and settlement of claims.

Developed internal cost allocation and alternative risk financing programs.
