What makes us unique
As Louisiana’s first and only PrideStaff office, we are uniquely positioned to establish the standard for staffing in our region. It’s a challenge we welcome and embrace. We also have an office staff with strong ties to the region and they are all embracing the challenge before us. Taking these factors into consideration, we know that our office will always be under a prism so to speak (i.e. “big fish in a little pond”). But we’re okay with that. It only creates opportunities.

Background
A Lake Charles native, I received both my BS and MBA from McNeese State University. My extensive background includes the petrochemical industry, managed care operations and customer service. I share PrideStaff strategic planning and all major decisions with my sister Tanya, who is also a Lake Charles native. Even though she is not physically located here, her spirit and insights are always with us. Her background working at the upper levels of corporate America gives us another unique perspective.
What we love about Lake Charles
Our diverse culture has a strong Creole influence. The economy is driven by the petrochemical, LNG, gaming industries and of course the Port of Lake Charles. However, what I enjoy most about our hometown is the people. The people in this region are extremely proud and caring. They can be very supportive but will hold you accountable. We welcome that!
