The campaign, titled “It Pays to Have Friends!” was designed to create an entirely new pool of available talent, by making it simple to help friends find better jobs and earn great referral bonuses. Marketed to existing candidates through social media, Google remarketing ads and email marketing, the integrated campaign turns existing PrideStaff associates into recruiters – arming them with business cards, postcards, posters and social tools to streamline the referral process.
