We have a process in place to guide you through your due diligence and assist both you and PrideStaff in making the best possible decision on whether or not this is the right franchise for you. The “PrideStaff Discovery Process” includes several scheduled conference calls to help you learn the scope of our industry, the ins and outs of how we do what we do, and how to validate the opportunity. You will surely have many questions about our industry and company. So, we start with a Mutual Discovery Call, where you can learn about our niche and what makes us different from the rest of the pack. This is an important time for you to get a big picture snapshot of the opportunity. Just as you are interested in learning more about us, we are also very interested in hearing your story. As we move forward throughout the process, more and more details will unfold for you.

In just 90 days, you could be putting people to work in your community.  

Factors to Consider

  • Hundreds of exclusive territories still available
  • Discovery Process is usually 60-90 days
  • Open your office within 90-120 days of signing the Franchise Agreement
  • Minimum net worth requirement of $250,000 (excluding automobiles, jewelry, and personal possessions)
  • Office hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM [Monday through Friday]
  • Office size is typically 1,200 – 1,500 sq. ft. in a retail location
  • PrideStaff provides the financing for temporary employee payroll and insurance costs
  • Good to excellent credit score required

  • Your role would be to grow the business by motivating and leading a sales team of 3 to 4 people
  • Our role is to handle the temp payroll, accounts receivable, risk management, training and field support, sales collateral and much more
