At PrideStaff – 2008 was a very tough time to open any business due to the economic environment, but we persevered! In 2009 we were awarded the “New Office of the Year” award, 2010 “Office of the Year” award, 2009, 2010 & 2011 Presidents Circle membership and in 2011 we were awarded the Tri-State Success Award for “Emerging Companies”. These types of achievements can only be attained through a high level of hard work. We found that listening to our clients and what they value most is the key to our success. We have assembled a highly skilled team that focuses on what both our clients and candidates want! As a leader in this organization, I have worked very closely with PrideStaff to determine what models and best practices are most helpful to our clients and candidates – We believe we can help any client or worker fill or find a position that works!

At M/I Homes, I found opportunities to become a highly accomplished leader, with experience and achievement in management, production, land acquisition and development, sales, marketing and operations for this national company.
As a President’s Circle member, I continuously found best practices for our office on a national scale driving customer service, sales, and production. Presidents Circle consisted of 31 leaders with national representation to travel the country to talk about business process improvement and best practices.
I specialized in management, production, land, marketing and sales, affecting business trends. I learned that being a results-oriented, decisive leader led to success in market identification, strategic thinking and problem-solving. I have a proven track record of increasing productivity, sales and profitability.
I was recognized for adaptability and a self-motivated drive to exceed expectations. This led to me becoming a trusted team player with the ability to forge strong relationships with external business partners.
As Division President from July 2004 - January 2007, I increased profitability by effectively managing the major organizational arms through developing and improving sales and marketing, construction & service operations and land development teams.
I was charged with directing new product roll-outs, strategies, solid marketing plans, customer relations, contract negotiations, and budget setting. I provided vision and organization awareness to communicate the corporate message to division and public.

I chose to be the owner operator of the Greater Cincinnati PrideStaff and PrideStaff Financial offices to put 20 years of management experience into use and make a difference in my community.
