As PrideStaff’s Co-CEO, COO, and Board of Directors member, Tammi has consistently been a driving force in the successful evolution of the business. Since joining PrideStaff in 1997, she has been instrumental in developing and leading multiple departments, business practices and relationships, which have collectively positioned PrideStaff among North America’s best and fastest-growing staffing firms. She has created world-class teams and operational processes, launched strategic initiatives, maintained brand integrity and fueled double-digit year-over-year growth on a regular basis. She also launched PrideStaff’s NPS customer loyalty program, which has resulted in multiple Best of Staffing Diamond Awards for the company, a premium honor that very few companies have achieved on a consistent basis. As a dedicated team builder and passionate role model for women, she has prioritized leadership and mentoring opportunities that empower all people in the workforce. She has also been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing” list on multiple occasions. Loves: Cultivating growth and team development, merging big picture vision with the celebration of small successes and giant hugs from her two terrific kids.
As Co-CEO and CFO, Mike brings extensive staffing industry experience to PrideStaff. Since he became CFO in 1989, Mike has been responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting. He serves on the PrideStaff Board of Directors, as well as on the Board of our insurance captive, where he has served as President. Mike has been instrumental in helping the company grow and become a recognized leader in the staffing industry. He has focused on developing a business driven by true quality, surrounding himself with great people and making PrideStaff a place that people want to be a part of. Loves: Working on all aspects of the business, and embracing the fact that “there is never a dull moment at PrideStaff.”
Rob brings three decades of staffing industry and professional technology experience to his role as PrideStaff’s CIO. An expert in operations, infrastructure, security, ERP and applications, Rob helped support his former staffing employer’s growth from $200 million to over $2 billion. Now, he uses his unique combination of IT and staffing expertise to drive key technology initiatives, which create and maintain environments where PrideStaff’s Strategic-Partners can operate easily and more securely, and truly enjoy the technology they use. With a focus on research and listening, he employs a collaborative approach to tackling technology challenges and building high-functioning teams. Loves: Designing technology that addresses the human side of business, not sweating the small stuff, increasing the speed of his tennis serve.
Paula brings 35+ years of experience in the field of staffing to PrideStaff. She began her career in the “trenches”, interviewing candidates and selling to clients, before moving up the corporate ladder. Franchise Development quickly became her passion and has been so for over 25 years. She is an expert at creating and implementing processes that her franchise candidates find to be informative and helpful. Her goal is to continue helping people achieve their dreams by owning their own businesses, for many years to come. Loves: Helping franchisees grow and prosper, making a difference in people’s lives, Auburn football (War Eagle!).
Bill brings 35+ years of staffing, executive management and consulting experience to PrideStaff. Over the course of his career, he has performed multiple roles, from individual contributor to senior executive, to fuel success for independent and national staffing firms. Bill combines this expertise with his background as a performance and learning consultant to support talent development within PrideStaff’s rapidly growing organization. His vision is to create a comprehensive, sustainable and long-term learning program through PrideStaff University, which fuels engagement and success for every PrideStaff employee. Loves: Team collaboration, overcoming challenges through best practices, humor to minimize stress, and creating a fun work environment!
