Experience: BS Degree in Business Administration. I began my staffing career in Washington, DC as a Direct Hire Recruiter, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Upon relocating to San Francisco I went to work for AXA Global Investors, as their Director of Recruiting for the Pacific Northwest Region. Missing the fast pace of the staffing industry, I eventually began working at Robert Half Finance and Accounting, as their Direct Hire Recruiter for Downtown San Francisco. I joined PrideStaff in 2008, as a Staffing Consultant for the PrideStaff Financial division, and was promoted to PrideStaff Strategic-Partner in 2011.

The scoop on staffing: Staffing is an amazing industry. We have the ability to change people’s lives by getting them back to work or improving their careers by finding them a better opportunity than the one they are in. It is so cool to learn about local companies and what they have to offer. I am always amazed when I tour a business and observe their production line or warehouse operations and realize how many families that company feeds!

Secrets to success: Hiring and coaching a great team of people that I can collaborate with and grow with.
