Since its opening in December 2009, the PrideStaff Greenville office has experienced tremendous growth, which required us to relocate our office in 2014 to The Gallery Shopping Center on Haywood Road. Our new office layout has created an inspiring environment for both our candidates and clients. We now have dedicated offices for interviewing, orientations, training, recruiting, and sales and marketing. The office décor and color theme of the various shades of PrideStaff’s “Purple” provides an inviting and calming experience to all our visitors. Experience: Prior to opening PrideStaff Greenville, I served for 20 years in various senior finance roles with US Foodservice, a national food service company. As the CFO of Northstar Foodservice, a division of US Foodservice, one of my important responsibilities was ethically enhancing profitability through cost containment improvements. And, I bring this experience to my clients to assist them in developing cost saving strategies.
The big picture: Greenville is GROWING and BOOMING, while keeping that hometown, family-friendly environment. With the ever-changing staffing needs that a growing city like Greenville inspires, we develop relationships with our clients in order to adapt to their transitioning needs. Developing trust and being our clients extra “arm” in their daily needs is our team’s goal. For our candidates, we provide personal instruction, as well as support throughout their assignment with us. In addition, we communicate with both the client and candidate to ensure expectations are being met.
