Experience: I spent the majority of my career working in Fortune 500 companies. I’ve always had the comfort to be in growth divisions where my entrepreneurial tilt was a key component of my success. My corporate career was marked by opportunities within ‘borderless’ boundaries. I’ve held executive positions in Human Resources, Operations, and Sales/Marketing and was able to enhance these experiences by living internationally. My family and I had the irreplaceable opportunity to live and work in Paris, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Hong Kong and Singapore. 

I specialize in outsourcing. Having designed, sold and managed some of the largest Information Technology outsource contracts in the US, Europe and Asia; I developed a special skill in understanding the correct profile for placing the right profile within my customer’s environment. On many contracts, my office was also within our customer’s facility. I have a deep understanding of how an employee must mesh with the customer’s culture and how to deliver service directly to the customer.

The big picture: PrideStaff will be my second successful business. I have a deep yearn for civic volunteerism and have spent the past six (6) years as owner and operator of a popular baseball training academy in Northwest Houston. This allowed me to spend considerable time volunteering in youth sports, Junior Achievement and with my church youth organization. I completed the successful sale of this company in 2011 and have chosen PrideStaff as my new home. My experiences detailed above coupled with PrideStaff’s market presence, proven processes and people make this a perfect opportunity for me to continue to expand my own experiences and help match people looking for meaningful employment with customers looking for that special employee that will help drive their business.

Stress relief: Our family motto is “Have Passport, Will Travel”; so anytime we can add a country to our list of those we have visited or lived in, stress levels greatly recede! Warm climates are best, beaches are preferred.
