However many companies are hesitant to take the step of hiring full-time employees.  We are placing more employees on longer term temporary assignments which allow our clients to grow and service their employees for a specific period of time without all the risk of hiring full-time employees.  We are beginning to see a resurgence of temporary-to- hire requests, as an employee performance and evaluation strategy, prior to hiring full-time as well.

Before we engage with our customers, it is critical that we learn about their business, culture and what they value most when engaging with a staffing agency.
