Manufacturing Job Requirements
Join BILSTEIN’s manufacturing team assembling world-class suspension components. We seek motivated, entry-level candidates committed to quality and safety. No experience is necessary; we provide all training.
- Assemble parts – Build shocks by following work instructions and quality standards
- Quality checks – Examine parts to ensure they are correct with no defects; mark and set aside any bad parts
- Keep area clean – Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Run machines – Setup and run machines by following written work instructions
- Be reliable – Come to work on time every day, work overtime as needed & adhere to break schedules
Warehouse Job Requirements
BILSTEIN seeks experienced Warehouse Associates with 1+ year of recent fork truck experience. You will load/unload trucks and supply production lines while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
- Experience – 1+ Years of Material Handling Experience (Stand-Up Equipment Preferred) – forklifts, pallet jacks, reach truck, order picker, turret truck, tugger
- Move materials – Pick, pull, and carry parts or finished products to the correct place
- Label & scan – Put labels on materials and use an RF scanner to check part numbers and quantities
- Load & unload – Safely take materials on and off trailers and stack them correctly for transport
- Use various devices – Operate banding and wrapping devices to secure materials
- Be reliable – Come to work on time every day, work overtime as needed & adhere to break schedules
