What makes us unique
Our office is locally owned and operated with national resources. We are unique in the way that we recruit, pre-screen and screen our candidates. We execute traditional, behavioral and situational interviews to ensure that we recruit the best fit for our clients. Education and experience alone doesn’t always lead to the right fit. Our office utilizes various tools to enhance the prescreening and screening process. Our team of experienced staffing and recruiting professionals implement the necessary steps to ensure success for the client and for the chosen employee.
Our employees have recent and relevant experience related to our core positions. We understand the needs of our market, and the importance of recruiting for specific skill sets and qualifications based on what our clients value the most. The right attitude can make a big difference in a company’s productivity and success. The goal of PrideStaff is to help employers control workforce costs and increase productivity – especially during peak times – by matching the right people to the right jobs. These factors and several others play a role in our commitment to our clients, candidates, employees and the overall workforce in the community.
Recently, our office was a contender for the small business award by the Birmingham Business Alliance Group.
Over the years, I have worked with all types of companies – from small not-for-profits to billion-dollar corporations. I have a strong banking and financial background, having worked with over 100 banks and credit unions in the Southeast. I have also played a major role in operations, distribution and production, and my background includes banking, staffing, recruiting, executive level administration, operations, distribution, production, public relations, special events and marketing/media
Throughout my career, my collective experiences have allowed me to hone my skills in management, staffing and recruiting. Now, I put those skills to good use, helping employers of all sizes be more productive and profitable.
What we love about Birmingham
My favorite thing about my city is watching it transform to a place where more and more tourists visit to see all that it has to offer. We have the Birmingham Zoo, Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport, Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, Railroad Park, McWane Science Center, Regions Field, Vulcan and much more.
