The Industrial Maintenance Technician uses proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to ensure efficient and safe industrial machinery and equipment operations. Job Description

Our client seeks an IT product analyst to implement workload automation software for managing, scheduling, optimizing, and executing business processes, transactions, and workflows. The goal is increased efficiency with reduced manual intervention, errors, and delays in end-to-end processes. As a point of contact for business partners and application teams, the analyst builds rapport and trust and provides a positive customer support experience. The responsibilities include using workload automation software to build and validate job flows, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria across platforms; ensuring automated jobs and schedules comply with established standards, are efficient, and meet processing requirements; assisting the application teams and business partners in defining automation requirements and task scheduling activities to ensure batch schedules are properly configured and optimized; providing quality control and testing services during the development of new task scheduling; monitoring and analyzing business requirements, procedures and problems to recommend or implement changes and improvements to workload automation jobs and schedules; identifying and resolving issues interrupting or adversely affecting the normal workflow of system processing; engaging with support teams and/or coordinating issue resolution; responding to calls and inquiries to facilitate timely incident resolution and completion of service requests; helping create and maintain departmental procedures, best practices and standards; identifying and recommending enhancements to improve operational productivity and task scheduling; and working with vendors and third parties to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Other duties include coaching or training others to use company-provided workload automation software; creating articles for organizational knowledge retention; assisting team members with the root cause analysis of problems; reporting on job and schedule activity as requested; testing workload automation schedules and jobs during installations or upgrades; supporting disaster recovery testing; participating in the on-call rotation as necessary and when assigned; and performing other duties as assigned by management. The requirements include 5+ years of data processing experience in a technical capacity; 2+ years of experience using workload automation systems; experience prioritizing workloads, scripting and using ticket systems and workflow processes; understanding server and cloud applications, network monitoring tools and concepts, technical standards, escalation procedures, detailed business requirements across project initiatives, and problem and change management; the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships; problem-solving, research, active listening, conflict resolution, decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills.
