The responsibilities include reading instructions from the job envelope to determine the quantity and type of assembly needed; inspecting the in-process products and finished goods; using tape guns, rollers and other small hand tools to assemble the products; inserting the finished products into envelopes and mailing; collating the finished products as needed; operating small hand finishing equipment such as a hand stitcher, drill, round corner machine, laminator and shrink wrapper; packaging the finished products per the instructions; using hand trucks to transport the finished products; maintaining a neat and orderly work area; collaborating to maintain quality and other duties as assigned by the plant manager. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, the ability to use small hand tools and lift 20 pounds, this role could be right for you!

Our client is recruiting experienced general laborers to work Monday-Friday and occasional weekends in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse roles along the Gulf Coast. Must be safety conscious, have steel or composite toe shoes or boots, be physically fit to endure a non-climate-controlled physical labor environment, be able to lift 75 pounds, and stay on your feet for 6-8 hours a day.
