This on-site role, working Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, offers an exciting opportunity to support the strategic sourcing team in managing supplier relationships for their non-stocked products and vendor direct program. The Strategic Sourcing Analyst reports to the Manager of Supplier Management and collaborates closely with category management, supply chain, sales, and global sourcing teams to drive growth for the sourced products team. The responsibilities include reviewing and implementing pricing updates in the system and reporting on the impact of these changes; updating, tracking, and reporting on the Pro Perk Account; maintaining and updating the supplier portal; uploading and maintaining the contracts database; generating monthly performance reports for suppliers; supporting master data cleanup in SAP to improve data accuracy; generating and tracking claim back reports; assisting with sourcing commodities, tools, and/or parts; supporting the development and implementation of supplier scorecards for performance reviews; advising and collaborating with buyers, engineers, sales teams, and management to identify new product needs; and identifying and implementing opportunities for material cost reduction from existing or new sources to meet business goals. The requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Business Intelligence; working knowledge of SAP; strong analytical skills with the ability to make inferences from diverse data sources; excellent financial acumen and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities; the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; and exceptional communication skills when interacting with audiences, including corporate executives and diverse internal project teams. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor who thrives on accuracy and organization and is ready to join a new team on a part-time basis. The hours are Monday to Wednesday, 8 am – 5 pm, and Thursday, 8 am to 12 pm, and the role includes full medical benefits. The main responsibility is using Paycom to process bi-weekly payroll for 230 full-time employees and contractors, which requires substantial data entry. Other duties include managing weekly 401(k) file submissions; creating and submitting the NetSuite pay file by the Thursday noon deadline; and generating and sending monthly reports from Paycom to the benefits carrier. The requirements include proven experience as a Payroll Processor or in a similar role, a strong understanding of payroll principles and regulations, proficiency with payroll software, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
