If you’re ready to join a growing repair service dispatch team helping customers navigate their emergency breakdown service, this could be your opportunity! Responsibilities include providing customers with product and service information; overcoming customer objections; identifying and escalating priority issues; routing calls to appropriate resources; providing sales information to prospects and forwarding contact information to a sales team member; dispatching tire, mechanical, and towing service to vendors; communicating clear expectations of costs and estimated time of arrival; resolving customer requests; following up with customers; creating service estimates; completing billing processes; collecting payments; working in a team environment; providing support to team members; attending training to gain knowledge of mechanical repairs; and achieving monthly targets.
