No experience required! Our client, a contract packer of ready-to-drink beverages, will train the right person for this Sunday through Wednesday (7:00 pm to 5:30 am) role. As a batching technician, you will work closely with the quality assurance team and production managers to ensure food quality, food safety, lot documentation, and prevention of cross-contamination. As a batching technician, you will: stage and prepare raw materials for efficient mixing operations; monitor the mixture of raw materials according to written formulas; ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices; and more.
