In creating this series of Workforce Guides, PrideStaff has addressed the most common business challenges that organizations of all sizes face.  The guides tackle common hiring and workforce management challenges in an engaging and easy to read format.  The wide range of topics covered, include: building customer loyalty, employee retention, hiring top performers, workforce planning, strategic staffing, and more.  These workforce guides are available for free at the PrideStaff website.

“When writing these guides, we asked our clients what their biggest HR, workforce, and overall business challenges were for the coming year,” continued Heaton.  “We then used our internal expertise, coupled with tips and best practices from some of the world’s leading business consultants to develop a set of extremely useful and practical guides for employers of all sizes.”
