Owners/Strategic-Partners Julie and Mike Almond bring a wealth of diverse experience to their leadership roles. Julie’s BA in business management, district management experience in the retail industry and ministry coordination responsibilities provided a sound foundation of interpersonal, sales, management and service skills. Mike’s background in recruiting, training and business consulting gave him an appreciation for the cost and time associated with making smart hiring decisions.
Together, Julie and Mike apply the lessons they’ve learned to help the members of their business community attract and retain the right people for their needs.
