Background
I earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) with a concentration in organizational behavior from Cornell University before beginning my corporate career.

For more than 15 years, I have worked as a human resources and organizational development professional with organizations including Merck, Novartis and TIAA. Throughout my career, I have helped leaders in the commercial, manufacturing and financial services sectors solve complex organizational, workforce and talent challenges.
As a leader, I believe integrity and trust are the foundation of every successful relationship. I enjoy mentoring my team, fostering professional growth and building strong connections within the community. I’m energized by collaborating with people who are passionate about their work and committed to making a positive impact.
