Medfinancial is a fast-growing company that provides excellent customer service to our healthcare clients and their patients who are seeking to resolve their healthcare obligations. You will work with patients, hospitals, physician groups and will acquire a lot of great experience in customer service, financial counseling, and healthcare collections.

  • Financial Advocates are on the phone throughout the workday with some back-office responsibilities.
  • Counseling patients on their healthcare invoices for collection purposes.
  • Answering inbound calls,
  • Completing manual outbound calls
  • Working on outbound auto dialers.
  • Additional duties as assigned to meet our company objectives of customer service in a patient centric manner.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills with an attention to detail.
