Jake Yoon brings over two decades of executive experience in operations, finance, and workforce development. As CFO of a major transportation services provider, he managed finance, HR, legal, labor relations, and risk for a staff of more than 1,200. His leadership has always focused on building high-functioning teams, both union and non-union, and aligning people with operational goals.
Jake is known for solving complex challenges, training across all levels, and improving systems through process excellence. His passion for staffing stems from years of hiring and developing talent at scale. With a strong belief in company culture fit, emotional intelligence, and long-term success, Jake brings a strategic lens to every placement. His transition to PrideStaff was driven by shared values, mutual respect, and a franchise model that emphasizes collaboration, service, and human connection.
