After earning my Bachelor’s Degree, I began my career with PrideStaff at this very location as a Recruiter, learning the business from the ground up. Over the past 14 years, I’ve grown within the organization under exceptional leadership, developing deep expertise in staffing strategy, client partnerships, and branch operations.
Now, as Co-Owner of the Long Island Melville-Jamaica office, I am committed to carrying forward the legacy of trust and high standards that built this branch. My approach is centered on clear communication, accountability, and genuine care for both our clients and the workforce we serve.

Remy D’Esposito
I joined the PrideStaff Long Island Melville-Jamaica office in 2014 and have worked in sales and business development ever since. Entering the staffing industry with a fresh perspective, I quickly developed a passion for solving complex workforce challenges and building lasting client relationships—many of which span more than a decade.
As Co-Owner, I look forward to continuing to strengthen those partnerships, forming new ones, and working alongside Anita, with whom I’ve collaborated throughout my entire career at PrideStaff.
