Background
Marina began her staffing career in 1995 as a light industrial staffing consultant at a small, privately held agency where she met Jeff. Now an operations and recruiting expert, Marina uses her considerable staffing experience to help Palm Beach County job seekers and employers achieve their business and career goals faster. Jeff began his staffing career in 1992, developing an instant passion for the industry that led to twenty-one years with the same staffing firm where he used his business development skills to launch locations in new markets. Networking pals when they began their careers, Marina and Jeff built a solid partnership working together in the staffing industry for over two decades. They seamlessly pass ideas back and forth, complementing each other’s strengths, and are thrilled to leverage PrideStaff’s national resources to create flexible solutions for their Palm Beach County clients and candidates.
