Five Offices Win PrideStaff’s Prestigious Mile High Award

To recognize amazing achievements in revenue growth, leadership, and serving others, PrideStaff, a nationally franchised organization, proudly named PrideStaff Fort Lauderdale, Thousand Oaks, Edison, Sacramento (East), and Memphis winners of the Mile High Award at their recent Annual Conference at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
This prestigious honor, so named because it originated in Denver, Colorado, the “Mile High City,” is not an annual award. The nationally franchised staffing organization only presents it in years when an office or team distinguishes itself with a truly significant achievement. PrideStaff was thrilled to recognize five Mile High Award winners this year for their major accomplishments in 2022.
Led by Owners/Strategic-Partners, Carmen and Robert Calamia, PrideStaff Fort Lauderdale’s talented team stays focused on their objectives and doesn’t let anything get in the way of connecting job seekers with rewarding opportunities. This was not the only win for the their office, they were named a Top Temporary Personnel and Staffing Agency by the South Florida Business Journal for 5 consecutive years. The Calamia’s credit their success to setting “Mile High” goals, maintaining a positive attitude, and having an excellent internal team. This mindset resulted in Carmen and Robert being named President’s Circle Award winners for exceeding annual revenue goals. During 2022, they leveraged PrideStaff’s proven sales model to reach new clients, earning nearly 500 Google reviews to prove the value of their services. By focusing on what matters most to our clients and associates, the Fort Lauderdale team made rewarding employment connections and delivered exceptional results in a tight, job-driven market.
Daan and Nieke Renssen, Owners/Strategic-Partners of PrideStaff Thousand Oaks, have been recognized in their community throughout the year as a top staffing firm in their market. In 2022, they earned a spot in the top five staffing agencies on the San Fernando Valley Business Journal list for the third year, and won the Ventura County Star’s 2022 Best of the Best Readers’ Choice award in the Staffing/Employment Agency category. Daan and Nieke were also named President’s Circle Award winners for exceeding annual profitability and revenue goals. PrideStaff Thousand Oaks has not only won the hearts of employers and job seekers in their community, they’ve also reached astonishing revenue goals, achieving two all-time highs in gross margin and consistently ranking in the top five of all the offices in the PrideStaff system every week. By strategically analyzing opportunities in the market, and relentlessly executing their goals, the Renssens and their team more than hit their mark this year and set the stage for even greater success in 2023.
Led by Owner/Strategic-Partner, Manisha Subramanian, the PrideStaff Edison office credits its success to staying focused on weekly gross margin goals and creating a strong family culture based on support for each other, their clients, and employees. By focusing on what matters most, maintaining a positive mindset, helping when needed, and staying accountable to her team, Manisha not only achieved Mile-High recognition in 2022, she also earned a coveted President’s Circle Award. With flexibility, trust, and teamwork, Subramanian and her team have built a rock-solid foundation for future successes.
Owners/Strategic-Partners, Craig and Mary Ryder, recently launched a G.A. Rogers & Associates division to add to the tenured success of their PrideStaff and PrideStaff Financial Sacramento (East) offices, further expanding their reach in their community. With a tight focus on fostering relationships, adding value, and growing their internal talent, Craig and Mary grew “Mile-High” in 2022 and earned a President’s Circle Award, recognizing their outstanding sales and adaptability. As active participants in day-to-day operations, the Ryders are dedicated to supporting their team and building robust financial models to help their business continue to thrive in the coming years.

By building a mission-driven team that understands how to provide client experiences, Jeremy and Matthew soared to Mile-High heights in 2022, also earning a President’s Circle Award to celebrate their achievements.
