This distinguished award, presented at the PrideStaff Annual Conference in Tampa, FL, recognizes new PrideStaff offices that created outstanding revenue growth during their first six months of operation. During the conference, PrideStaff Strategic-Partners from across the country met to share best practices, celebrate successes, learn from world-renowned speakers, and become more effective at owning and operating a full-service staffing firm.

Katrina opened the PrideStaff Birmingham office in July 2015. Before joining PrideStaff, she worked with all types of companies, ranging from small not-for-profits to billion-dollar corporations. Her diverse background includes operations, distribution/production, sales, advertising, public relations, marketing/media and special events. Throughout her career, she has also played a pivotal role in executive departments that included human resources, staffing and recruiting. By combining that experience with the national resources PrideStaff offers, Katrina is able to provide a higher level of service for employers and job seekers in the Birmingham area.
